The Emotions Buddy is a simple yet effective communication tool designed to help children express how they're feeling when words are difficult to find. Whether attached to a keyring or worn on a lanyard, it's always close at hand whenever emotions need communicating.
Created with educators, parents and carers in mind, each tag features a clear facial expression and emotion, making it easier for children to identify and share their feelings. They can be especially helpful for children with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, anxiety, speech and language difficulties, or anyone who benefits from visual communication.

The Emotions Buddy was inspired by my own experience working as an Education Assistant, where I saw firsthand how difficult it can be for some children to communicate their emotions. I wanted to create a practical, portable tool that could encourage independence, support emotional regulation, and help start meaningful conversations.
Whether used at home, school, therapy sessions, or out in the community, The Emotions Buddy offers a reassuring way for children to communicate their feelings with confidence.
